Welcome

       Percherons of Color was created to educate not only the general public, but to also bring awareness to the draft horse community the true diversity of the Percheron draft horse breed. Also showcasing the dangers our breed face in colors bordering on extinction, as well as times of change within the breed. In 2003 I began my quest to record and document Blue Roan Percherons. From there my work has branched out into the four other colors as well as the history of the Percheron draft horse. This site is shared as a fully educational site.
